Requirements

US citizen (Public Trust Eligible)
Demonstrated experience leading data migration projects.
Proficiency with ETL tools and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with large‑scale business transformation or modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design the data migration framework, including ETL processes, tooling, and error‑handling mechanisms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and map data requirements, ensuring alignment with required data structures.
Document all migration components, including mappings, transformations, and testing results.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and end‑users to ensure a smooth migration process.
Perform extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
Conduct validation and reconciliation to confirm successful migration outcomes.
Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues and errors promptly.
