Requirements

5+ years of data migration/integration engineering
At least 3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Dataverse data
SQL
Source-to-target mapping
Data profiling and cleansing
Referential-integrity preservation
Deduplication
Transformation rules
Migration reconciliation
Exception/rejection handling and restart/reprocessing
Production data cutover experience
REST APIs
JSON
Authentication/OAuth concepts
Integration logging and error management
Experience moving data through test/UAT/production environments
Experience with at least one of the following migration tool families: KingswaySoft, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Power Platform Dataflows, Dataverse SDK/API, XrmToolBox utilities where appropriate, Custom ETL/API frameworks.

Responsibilities

Owns the technical mechanics for moving and reconciling data.
Connects the modernized CRM to SharePoint, website submissions, and specified email inboxes.
Restructures two legacy CRM instances.
Preserves cross-instance relationships and shared contacts.
Performs Dataverse migration.
Handles SharePoint re-pointing.
Performs deduplication and validation.
Manages automated website/email ingestion.
Implements APIs/authentication, mapping, validation, error handling, confirmation logging, configurable import rules, test/UAT/production deployments, and rollback for Phase III.
