The UNM Early Childhood Services Center (ECSC) is seeking candidates for a Data Manager to support the Statewide Early Childhood Education & Care Department (ECECD) Comprehensive Early Learning and Consultation initiative. The Data Manager will provide administrative, technical, and operational support to ensure the successful coordination and completion of multiple projects. This position works closely with the Project Development Team to monitor timelines, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation. Candidates must have documented experience collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data in preparation for the generation of statistical and analytical reports. The position will be responsible for managing data across multiple systems and supporting communication among project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The preferred candidate will have experience with the following systems: Microsoft 360 suite (including advanced Excel skills), Gravity Forms, and Survey Monkey. Experience with the following early childhood systems are beneficial but training will be provided to those without experience in these systems: Teachstone/ CLASS, Minnesota Executive Function Scale (MEFS), Language Environment Analysis (LENA), and NM Early Childhood Professional Development Information System (PDIS). This is a term position subject to continuous employment renewed annually - Term end date is subject to change based on annual funding.
