You will lead teams to deliver end‑to‑end enterprise data management initiatives aligned with the DAMA‑DMBOK v2 framework. You will combine deep data management expertise with strong leadership capability to design, implement, and operationalize scalable data governance, architecture, quality, and stewardship solutions. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Lead enterprise data management (DM) programs Act as subject‑matter expert across DM knowledge areas Design and implement data governance frameworks Design and implement Chief Data Offices (CDO) Define enterprise data architectures and integration patterns Design and establish data quality management practices Apply strong knowledge of data modelling and data warehouse concepts to design optimized solutions Operationalize metadata, lineage, and business glossary capabilities Oversee reference and master data management Support pre‑sales and RFP responses Mentor teams and build trusted‑advisor relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: Master’s or MBA preferred
  • Proven enterprise data management leadership experience
  • Strong DAMA‑DMBOK knowledge
  • Experience with data governance, quality, metadata, and MDM
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high performing, multidisciplinary teams; creating an inclusive, high trust culture that drives excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills

  • Preferred certifications: Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP®); EDM Council DCAM or CDMC
