You will combine deep data management expertise with strong leadership capability to design, implement, and operationalize scalable data governance, architecture, quality, and stewardship solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: Master’s or MBA preferred
- Proven enterprise data management leadership experience
- Strong DAMA‑DMBOK knowledge
- Experience with data governance, quality, metadata, and MDM
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high performing, multidisciplinary teams; creating an inclusive, high trust culture that drives excellence.
- Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Preferred certifications: Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP®); EDM Council DCAM or CDMC
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise data management (DM) programs
- Act as subject‑matter expert across DM knowledge areas
- Design and implement data governance frameworks
- Design and implement Chief Data Offices (CDO)
- Define enterprise data architectures and integration patterns
- Design and establish data quality management practices
- Apply strong knowledge of data modelling and data warehouse concepts to design optimized solutions
- Operationalize metadata, lineage, and business glossary capabilities
- Oversee reference and master data management
- Support pre‑sales and RFP responses
- Mentor teams and build trusted‑advisor relationships
