As a PROJECT - Data Management Engineer II - Power BI Engineer on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that ingest, transform, and prepare data for analytics and reporting use cases. You will also be responsible for designing intuitive dashboards, data visualizations, and user-centered analytics experiences that transform complex data into actionable insights, while applying user experience (UX) principles, information design, and accessibility best practices across dashboards, web applications, and digital products. Additionally, you will develop dashboards, reports, and analytics products that support business decisions and client mission outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support solution delivery. You will also perform data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to improve data quality and reliability across platforms, and support deployment, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of data and analytics solutions in a project-based environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret Security Clearance Required
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams
