As a PROJECT - Lead Data Management Engineer II on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of data analytics solutions that transform source data into analytical data sets, dashboards, reports, and visualizations. You will also build, configure, and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reporting products for project stakeholders, define data requirements, business rules, data models, and data-quality checks with business, technical, and client stakeholders, evaluate and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for approved analytics use cases, and manage analytics workstreams by planning tasks, reviewing deliverables, resolving issues, and communicating delivery progress, risks, and decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Arlington County, Virginia
  • Ability to travel 0–10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
