This role involves planning, coordinating, tracking, reviewing, and delivering all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL) deliverables throughout the contract lifecycle. The analyst will serve as the organization's central point of contact for contractual data deliverables, collaborating with various departments and customers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant submissions. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining data management processes, document control procedures, reporting metrics, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), company procedures, and government regulations. The role also involves administering CDRL/SDRL activities, analyzing contract requirements, managing the CDRL Master Schedule, coordinating internal milestones, reviewing deliverables for quality and compliance, managing customer comments and revisions, maintaining document repositories, tracking CDRL status, developing performance reports, and ensuring adherence to configuration management and quality standards. Additionally, the analyst will support proposal development, audits, and training, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations like FAR and DFARS. Support may also be provided to Project Managers, Contracting, or senior-level Engineering personnel in areas such as project scheduling, configuration management, finance, contracting, data analysis, database development, report preparation, and test documentation. Participation in test or project events and other assigned duties are also part of the role.
