This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, reviewing, and delivering all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL) deliverables throughout the contract lifecycle. The Data Management Analyst serves as the organization's central point of contact for contractual data deliverables, collaborating closely with Program Management, Contracts, Quality, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant submissions. This position establishes and maintains data management processes and document control procedures, reports metrics while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), company procedures, and applicable government regulations. The analyst will also serve as the primary administrator for all CDRL and SDRL activities, analyzing contract requirements, Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), and CDRLs to establish data deliverable requirements and schedules. Additionally, they will develop, maintain, and manage the program CDRL Master Schedule and associated delivery calendar, coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables, and establish internal milestones for reviews and approvals. The role involves reviewing deliverables for completeness, formatting, contractual compliance, accuracy, quality, and consistency before customer submission, and coordinating customer comments, review cycles, revisions, and resubmittals. Maintaining document repositories, electronic records, version control, and controlled document libraries, as well as tracking CDRL status, overdue actions, customer responses, and acceptance metrics are key responsibilities. The analyst will develop dashboards and management reports to communicate program data delivery performance and schedule health, maintain data management plans, document numbering systems, naming conventions, and document retention requirements, and ensure configuration-controlled documents are released and maintained in accordance with company Configuration Management and Quality procedures. Coordination of document releases with Program and Contract Management and technical authors, support for proposal development by reviewing solicitation CDRLs and estimating data management effort, and support for internal audits, customer audits, DCMA reviews, and quality management assessments are also part of the role. The position aims to identify process improvement opportunities to streamline document workflows and improve data quality, and train program personnel on CDRL processes, document standards, and submission requirements. The Data Management Analyst will serve as the primary liaison with Government customers regarding contractual data deliverables and maintain compliance with FAR, DFARS, customer contractual requirements, company policies, and ISO/AS9100 quality standards, as applicable. Support will be provided to Project Manager, Contracting, or senior-level Engineering personnel in areas such as project scheduling, configuration management, finance and accounting, contracting, limited data analyses, database development or data gathering, preparation of technical/program reports or briefings, test plans and reports, and associated documentation, test or validation/verification assistance. Participation in test or project events as assigned by Project Manager or Engineer, reporting status and results, and performing other duties as assigned are also expected.
