About The Position

This role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of data quality management practices across enterprise data assets. The analyst will analyze data quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining data quality rules, controls, and monitoring processes, and collaborating with business and technology teams to align data management activities with organizational goals and compliance requirements. The position also involves supporting the development and adoption of data governance policies, standards, and frameworks, and evaluating and leveraging data quality tools and methodologies to enhance monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution. Additionally, the role requires creating documentation, process guides, and training materials to promote data management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.
  • Eligible for Secret Clearance status.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data management, data quality, data governance, or a related area.
  • Experience analyzing data quality issues and supporting data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with data governance principles and data quality dimensions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data quality or governance tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica, Ataccama, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and secure data handling practices.
  • Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
