About The Position

The Data Integrity Specialist will be responsible for reviewing requests from various groups such as Engineering, In-side Sales, Service, and others to create System Data for Production orders and Purchase orders. This role involves creating and checking Bills of Materials (BOMs), loading manufacturing routings, and reviewing cost analysis in SAP. The specialist will collaborate with team members, Engineering, Order Entry, In-side Sales, Purchasing, Service, and Manufacturing groups. A key daily responsibility is to process requests from multiple groups to set up parts in the SAP application software, ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• College degree or equivalent work experience required
• Experience related to manufacturing practices and/or information technology is preferred
• Experience in reading engineering drawings is preferred
• Previous experience with Efecte, SAP, Teamcenter and Alfresco is preferred
