The Data Integrity Administrator supports SHI sales by finding the correct product line, manufacturer sku, item group, and UNSPSC code for each item that SHI needs to use for the sales order and approves new parts. The DIT administrator must work very closely with the Sales team, accounting team and Product Specialists to ensure the orders are processed without any issues. This position reports to the SHI Somerset, New Jersey office.

Requirements

Technologically literate with strong computer skills, including proficiency in the whole Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote) - Basic
Completed Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience required
1-3 years of experience supporting IT systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Outlook and Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
