Data Integration Support Analyst
About The Position
Join our Electronic Payment Services team as a Data Integration Support Analyst, where you will play a key role in supporting file processing and data integration activities within a fast-paced production environment. This position is responsible for monitoring workflows, troubleshooting production issues, managing escalations, and partnering with internal teams and clients to drive issue resolution and maintain operational stability. Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a customer-focused mindset. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning complex processes, investigating issues, taking ownership of challenges, and continuously expanding their technical and operational knowledge. Ideal candidates will have experience in operations, application support, production support, or other problem-solving focused environments and thrive when balancing technical troubleshooting with exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of related experience
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders
