About The Position

Progesys Inc. is a recognized firm offering complete solutions for project management and transition to operations. The company has been based in Laval (Canada) since 2002 and has offices in the United States, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. We are looking for a Data Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing, integrating, and optimizing data flows between different systems and databases.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with database management
• Experience with data integration tools
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex data-related issues
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual (English, French) (Bilingualism is required for this position as the employee will be communicating with non-French speaking stakeholders)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes between different systems
• Ensure the collection, transformation, and loading of data from various sources
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure performance and reliability
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
• Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business teams to understand needs and propose tailored solutions
• Participate in the implementation of robust and scalable data architectures
• Monitor data flows and resolve incidents or anomalies
• Document processes, data flows, and data structures
