In this role, you will be at the heart of technical innovation for enterprise fleet and transportation systems, taking key ownership of complex custom integrations, database optimization, and data analysis within TMWSuite while driving forward-thinking AI and automation capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ideally TMWSuite, including functional workflows and underlying structures.
  • Proficient SQL skills with deep capability in querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex relational databases.
  • Solid background in scripting concepts with hands-on ability to write, modify, and debug pre/post-process scripts.
  • Proven expertise troubleshooting enterprise application issues, performing root-cause analysis, and managing data integration flows.

Nice To Haves

  • Practical experience applying AI, machine learning, or automated scripting tools to technical troubleshooting and data processes.
  • Prior experience collaborating across cross-functional engineering, product, and support teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead advanced technical support and issue resolution for TMWSuite applications, database architecture, and integration workflows.
  • Engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot pre-process and post-process scripts to power seamless customer-specific integrations.
  • Utilize expert SQL and relational database analysis to investigate system behaviors, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure data integrity.
  • Champion an AI-forward approach by identifying and implementing opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies for enhanced solution delivery.
