About The Position
The Data Intake Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently managing sensitive patient and member information related to healthcare enrollment, appeals, and grievances.
Requirements
- Accurate and efficient management of sensitive patient and member information.
- Experience with healthcare enrollment, appeals, and grievances.
- Proficiency in entering patient and member information into healthcare systems.
- Ability to organize, review, and maintain electronic and physical records and forms.
- Experience processing incoming appeals and grievance requests.
- Attention to detail to ensure information is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, CMS guidelines, and applicable state regulations.
Responsibilities
