Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills essential
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness
  • Knowledgeable of data privacy standards and HIPAA requirements
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree and knowledge/experience in the insurance or managed care industry preferred
  • Two years related experience in an administrative and/or project management environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with clients, data warehouse vendors, and internal teams to evaluate needs, align expectations, and maintain project timelines.
  • Preparing and sharing status updates, acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, and ensuring everyone has the information they need to meet milestones.
  • Managing and maintaining project documentation—organizing files and updating trackers like Excel, Smartsheet, and other project management tools so progress is transparent and auditable.
  • Updating schedules, logging issues, scheduling calls, and following up on action items.
  • Balancing multiple priorities and deadlines while fostering positive relationships with vendors and clients, anticipating needs, and smoothing handoffs between technical and non-technical partners.
