About The Position

As the Manager: Data Governance, you are the bridge between data policy and daily operations. Your mission is to move data governance from a set of theoretical guidelines into a living, breathing part of the company’s DNA. You will lead a data transformation program that instills data ownership, data stewardship, and key data governance disciplines, ensuring that business domains don't just "comply" with data rules but actually recognize their value on the path towards making CP’s data AI Ready. Without activation, data governance is just "shelf-ware." You are the catalyst that ensures the organization's data is trusted, discoverable, and usable, directly impacting the success of strategic AI and Analytics initiatives.
