About The Position
Equifax is looking for a Data Fulfillment Associate to join their growing team in West Des Moines. This individual will complete information verification via online sources using a standard verification process. The individual should possess excellent customer service skills, basic computer navigation and typing skills, and strong collaborative skills to function in a team environment. This is an onsite position located in Urbandale, Iowa.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Demonstrate skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, and general PC navigation, along with a strong aptitude for mastering internal software and verification tools
Responsibilities
- Complete data entry and verify data and information using standard a verification processes
- Validate/complete and document requested data through phone, fax or email contact
- Analyze and research more in-depth data of information requested, utilizing appropriate resources
