Data-Focused Project Coordinator (Remote, Contract)
About The Position

Best Workplaces. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data-Focused Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of key projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes. Experience with Business Intelligence or Software Development is a plus.
Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Russian and/or Ukrainian is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of databases, data validation, or reporting concepts is a plus.
- Exposure to Software Development processes or experience working with technical teams would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support project management activities and help ensure timely project delivery.
- Use different tools to analyze and visualize data for actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare reports and support decision-making.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes as needed.
