About The Position

As a Data Expert in PNC's Data and Automation GenAI Governance organization, you will independently execute GenAI Standards of Care (SOC) evaluations for complex and high-impact use cases. You will review solution architecture, data sources, and testing; verify technical integrity; and work with technical teams, solution owners, and leadership to clarify progress and issues. You will apply governance policies and playbooks to validate submissions, identify risk and control gaps, and provide actionable feedback. The role also contributes to SOC process improvements, reporting and dashboards, and enterprise-level oversight by connecting individual findings to broader governance trends and escalating systemic concerns. The position is based in Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Denver, Dallas, or Birmingham. PNC describes itself as an in-office company and encourages applicants to discuss workplace expectations with their recruiter and hiring manager. PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position. The role also involves managing and developing information systems, conducting data analysis, developing data implementation and acquisition strategies, supporting data integrity and availability, structuring logical storage, and implementing technologies that support the use of multiple information sources. It resolves data integration and security issues in accordance with organizational quality standards.
