About The Position
FRANKENMUTH GIFT SHOP INC is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry professional to work between 20-36 hours per week. This role involves various tasks related to merchandise management and inventory control, operating under the supervision of the Lead Buyer, Director of Operations, and Store Manager/Managers on Duty. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of performing physical tasks associated with merchandise handling.
Requirements
- Computer experience
- Keyboard skills required
- Ability to stand, bend forward, and crouch
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs at one time
Responsibilities
- Accurately check in orders from vendors following all procedural steps.
- Unpack and price merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory information in Counter Point.
- Assist in monitoring merchandise levels.
- Generate vendor reports.
- Prepare invoices for payment.
- Transfer merchandise.
- Set up displays.
- Check all invoices against purchase orders.
- Participate in inventory checks, year-end store inventories, and month-end inventory adjustments.
