About The Position

This is a Full-Time, remote position offering the flexibility to work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large volumes of data, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our company's information systems. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality. The offered compensation for this role is $28.00 - $35.00 USD per hour.

Requirements

Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A reliable internet connection and a suitable, quiet environment for remote work.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data from various sources into our company database and computer systems.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
Maintain and update existing database information to ensure all records are current and correct.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Comply with data integrity and security policies to ensure data is protected.
