About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is comfortable working with computers, organizing information, and completing tasks accurately and efficiently. No previous professional data-entry experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided to help you become familiar with our systems and procedures.

Requirements

• No prior data-entry experience required
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace
• Ability to follow written instructions and learn new software

Nice To Haves

• 6 months–1 year of administrative, clerical, customer service, or related experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems
• Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain digital files and electronic records
• Verify information and identify missing or inconsistent data
• Perform routine data-entry and administrative tasks
• Follow established procedures for handling confidential information
• Communicate with team members regarding data or documentation issues
• Meet assigned deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
