About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining travel, accessibility, and customer-related information within our internal systems. Your work will help ensure travelers have access to reliable and accurate information when planning their trips.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
• Experience with CRM or database systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update travel, hotel, activity, and accessibility information into company databases.
• Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain records by updating existing information and correcting discrepancies.
• Organize digital files and documentation according to company standards.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
• Generate reports and assist with data management projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.
