About The Position

The Customer Data Management (CDM) Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer and contract data across multiple internal systems. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and takes pride in owning data quality from start to finish. In this role, you will review and interpret contract documentation, create and maintain customer accounts, and ensure information is accurate and consistent across platforms. You’ll support over 100 locations nationwide, working closely with fellow CDM team members, QA reviewers, and the CDM Manager to meet daily accuracy and productivity goals.

Requirements

  • Strong data entry skills with a high typing speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and screens simultaneously
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience entering or managing contracts
  • Experience with JD Edwards (JDE)
  • Customer service experience with a service‑oriented mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain customer accounts with a high level of accuracy
  • Review and enter contract information, pricing sheets, and equipment transmittals
  • Process customer setup requests and contract changes efficiently
  • Manage daily case queues and complete data integrity updates
  • Audit system reports to identify discrepancies and correct errors
  • Partner with QA reviewers and teammates to meet quality and performance metrics
  • Maintain strict data consistency across multiple systems and platforms
