The Customer Data Management (CDM) Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer and contract data across multiple internal systems. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and takes pride in owning data quality from start to finish. In this role, you will review and interpret contract documentation, create and maintain customer accounts, and ensure information is accurate and consistent across platforms. You’ll support over 100 locations nationwide, working closely with fellow CDM team members, QA reviewers, and the CDM Manager to meet daily accuracy and productivity goals.
