Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic problem-solving skills and ability to identify errors effectively.

Responsibilities

Enter data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy.
Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry.
Update and maintain existing records to reflect current information.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies.
Generate reports and provide data as needed to support business functions.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and suggest enhancements.
