Requirements

Responsibilities

Process a high volume of daily orders into a database or order management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the order lifecycle.
Manage both inbound phone calls and email inquiries, providing professional and patient customer service across multiple channels.
Identify and resolve order discrepancies quickly and accurately to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Navigate customer frustrations and resolve order problems effectively, especially during the implementation of new systems.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and adhere to structured, process-driven workflows.
