About The Position

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for remote Data Entry Specialists to join our team! This role involves reviewing and performing data verification routines in accordance with company procedures, ensuring Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, and making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes. The position requires the ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision and a complete understanding of business rules.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Manages time effectively and is dependable
• Communicate effectively
• Computer literacy
• Dependable
• 40+ WPM typing speed, 4500 KPH ten key.
• Ability to quickly learn a new system and memorize hot key/short cuts.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve both quality and production standards.
• Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision.
• Complete understanding of business rules.
• Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential.
• Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
