Position Summary Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry and Reporting Analyst to support our Order Management operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of order-related data across our ERP and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, order processing, and reporting, with a strong grasp of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable systems like SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Tableau and Zoho.

Requirements

  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience with one of the following comparable systems: SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, or Zoho.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to process changes.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in providing timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily data entry and maintenance support within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including but not limited to: Opportunity card creation, Vendor, customer, item card set, Purchase quote entry, Sales quote entry, Purchase Order creation.
  • Serve as a support resource for the Order Management team, receiving and executing task requests related to data processing and entry.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all data-related tasks assigned by the Order Management team.
  • Respond promptly to reporting requests from the Order Management team or other departments needing data from Business Central.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in all data entered or extracted from Business Central and Excel-based tools.
  • Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting by extracting, formatting, and validating data for operational reports.
  • Reconcile, audit, and clean data to support business decisions and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to ensure end-to-end process efficiency.
  • Work with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc) to manage and deliver data tasks.
  • Understand internal processes and systems well enough to work with minimal supervision after onboarding.
  • Maintain proper documentation of procedures and ensure compliance with internal data governance practices.
