About The Position

One of TEKsystems' clients, a large, growing privately-owned company headquartered in Birmingham, AL is looking for a Data Reporting Analyst to join their team. The Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights that support operational, financial, sales and executive decision-making. The candidate will work closely with multiple departments to develop reporting solutions, analyze performance metrics, improve data quality and enable informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills and business acumen and expertise in Microsoft data technologies. The candidate's responsibilities will include the design, development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards and reporting as well as the analysis of large data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers. The candidate will work closely with various lines of business and create recurring and ad-hoc reports and translate business requirements into meaningful and accurate reporting solutions.
