About The Position

The Unlicensed Flex Team in the Member Service Center has an opening for a Data Entry Customer Service Representative. Applicants must be able to handle high volume while maintaining accuracy, organization, and detail. This position is open to our Traverse City, Michigan office and requires you to be in the office.

• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.

• Process member payments efficiently and accurately.
• Handle member applications and incoming documents promptly.
• Manage diverse workflows effectively.
• Convert electronic communications into member files.
• Process updates to member policies.
• Call out to members to get updated information as needed.
• Achieve monthly team production and accuracy goals consistently.
• Support other departments with data entry and various projects as needed.
