Requirements

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data within our company databases and systems.
• Perform regular data verification and cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and other digital communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases where necessary.
• Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding our services.
• Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as required.
