Requirements

Proven experience in a data entry, customer service, or data analyst role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
The ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data within our company databases and systems.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and professional support via email and other digital channels.
Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, striving to deliver outstanding service and satisfaction.
Collect and analyse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Prepare clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
Uphold data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.
