About The Position

Exegistics is hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support a warehouse-based asset disposal operation in Euless. This role focuses on item serialization, documentation accuracy, and inventory data updates. If you enjoy detail-oriented tasks and are comfortable working in a warehouse environment, this is a great long-term opportunity. These positions involve hands-on testing laptops and desktops. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with hardware, following established test procedures, identifying issues, and documenting results. This role is more technical, and process driven. The expectation is to test approximately 260 devices per day, which involves continuous movement, including walking and repeated squatting at testing racks.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, or move within a warehouse throughout the shift
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, typing, scanning systems)
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
• Prior ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) experience or experience working with electronic equipment such as laptops, desktops, or similar devices.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and documenting software defects and issues to ensure the software is free from bugs and works seamlessly.
• Participating in product design and review meetings to provide feedback on software usability, functionality, and performance.
• Providing feedback on software performance to improve the overall quality of the software product.
• Hands-on testing laptops and desktops.
• Working directly with hardware, following established test procedures, identifying issues, and documenting results.
• Testing approximately 260 devices per day, which involves continuous movement, including walking and repeated squatting at testing racks.
