Data Entry Clerk
About The Position
A Data Entry Clerk assists team members and clients in correctly uploading documents to internal, state, and county data systems. The role provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers and supports AHF’s initiatives, mission, and core values. The clerk works in a dynamic, collaborative environment where staff may be accountable to multiple leaders, as part of a close-knit team meeting Ryan White grant requirements. AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), founded in 1987, is the nation’s largest specialized provider of HIV/AIDS medical care. Its mission is to provide cutting-edge medicine and advocacy regardless of ability to pay, including through healthcare centers, pharmacies, a health plan, research, and other activities that make the latest HIV treatments accessible to those who need them.
Responsibilities
- Assist team members and clients with correctly uploading documents to internal, state, and county data systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Work as part of a close-knit team to meet Ryan White grant requirements.
- Keep AHF’s mission and core values in mind while carrying out the role.
