Requirements

Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
A solid understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Accurately entering and updating data into various company databases and computer systems.
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry in an organised manner.
Retrieving data from databases or electronic files as requested by colleagues.
Assisting with the generation of reports and performing other administrative tasks as required.
