Requirements

- Must participate in onboarding training and coaching sessions
- No prior medical experience required

- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update patient/medical information into internal systems
- Review records for errors, missing details, and inconsistencies
- Maintain organized digital files and health records
- Verify data accuracy by cross-checking documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
