About The Position

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Temporary Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Kindersley branch location. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our brokerage operations by digitizing and organizing client files into EPIC. This ensures brokers across the region have access to complete client file history, reduces reliance on individual account knowledge, minimizes physical storage risks such as damage or loss, and helps maintain compliance standards. Your work will also contribute to office organization and readiness for future audits or reviews.

Requirements

  • No licensing required.
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
  • Pro-active and a self-starter with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
