About The Position

The Data Entry Clerk plays a critical role in inventory control and compliance by accurately receiving and processing inventory from vendors into our inventory management system. This position is responsible for ensuring all inbound products meet regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting communication with vendors regarding testing and compliance documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of data while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Arizona Facility Agent Card required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up appropriately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous inventory, compliance, administrative, or data entry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Dutchie or inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process inventory for all dispensary locations in a timely manner.
  • Input inventory in chronological order as invoices are received.
  • Create new products in Dutchie following Product Master guidelines and Inbounding SOPs.
  • Verify and enter product details including: Packaging dates, Harvest dates, Expiration dates, Product weights, THC, CBD, and cannabinoid testing information.
  • Ensure all costs, discounts, credits, and payment information are entered accurately.
  • Print receiving documentation and complete inventory packets.
  • Verify all invoices contain accurate and compliant information, including: Facility Agent card information, Delivery manifests, Packaging and testing information, Product weights and quantities.
  • Identify and report testing, invoice, or compliance discrepancies.
  • Manage the Test Results email inbox and communicate with vendors regarding compliance requirements.
  • Obtain and maintain Certificates of Analysis (COAs), licenses, permits, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure all inventory records comply with Arizona cannabis regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate vendor and customer information within inventory systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve documentation issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain organized records of compliance and testing documentation.
