Responsibilities

• Enter and update patient information across multiple systems
• Navigate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms
• Retrieve, validate, and process Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity goals
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
