Requirements

Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
Exceptional typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Entering data from various source documents into the relevant databases and computer systems.
Verifying the accuracy of data by comparing it to source materials and correcting any discrepancies.
Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive member and company information at all times.
Reviewing and updating existing data to ensure it is current and complete.
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry and generating reports as required.
Adhering to data integrity and quality control procedures.
