We are currently seeking a meticulous and reliable individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk (Work from Home). This is a Full-Time, remote position offering a competitive hourly rate of $30 - $35 USD per hour. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of critical data into our systems. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data from various sources, such as shipping manifests and client documents, into our company databases.
Perform regular verification and quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry, identifying and rectifying any errors or missing information.
Generate reports, retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, and perform regular backups.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
Organise and maintain files and records to ensure they remain updated and easily accessible.
Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and consistency in data management.
