The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining the critical information that underpins our bespoke services. This role is essential to our operational efficiency and contributes directly to the flawless execution of our clients' special days.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a strong focus on detail and data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems is highly advantageous.
- Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a fast-paced team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience within the events, hospitality, or wedding industry is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter client, vendor, and event information into our company databases and management systems.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any inconsistencies and checking output to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Maintain and update records, including vendor contracts, client details, and event schedules, ensuring all information is current.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to safeguard data.
- Handle confidential client and company information with strict discretion and integrity.
- Assist the wedding planning team with administrative tasks related to data management and organisation.
- Ensure digital files and records are systematically organised for easy retrieval by team members.
