About The Position

Support the Driver Recruitment team with administrative, data entry, and filing activities. The role focuses on organizing Independent Contractor (IC) files, tracking document completion, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience (co-op experience considered).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain filing cabinets and IC files.
  • Sort and review files to ensure documents are complete and properly filed.
  • Identify and track missing documents.
  • Create and update an Excel inventory checklist of completed and outstanding file requirements.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and contractor records.
