About The Position

As a Data Engineer, you will help build advanced technology solutions and implement data engineering activities on mission-driven projects. You will deploy and develop pipelines and platforms that organize and make disparate data meaningful. You will work with and guide a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will use your experience in analytical exploration and data examination while you manage the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms for clients. The world can’t wait. Requirements

3+ years of experience with major data science languages such as Python and R
3+ years of experience retrieving, merging, and analyzing structured and unstructured data sources from APIs and databases through Python, R, or SQL
Experience with database design and administration in DBMS such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Experience with data analytics, data mining, statistical analysis, or AI/ML
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in data engineering, or 12+ years of experience in data engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau and PowerBI
Experience conducting data architecture and ETL for the DoD or a federal agency
Experience with HUMINT
Knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies, including git, Jenkins, or SonarQube
