About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a Mid-Level Data Engineer to be located in Huntsville, AL. The candidate MUST possess an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance. Individuals selected for this position may be subject to a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examination based on their assignment after their start date. Selected candidates must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment. This role is responsible for carrying out engineering tasks to deliver an advanced visual analytic application. This includes developing data analytics for desktop and web-developed visual analytic software, facilitating the bulk analysis of relational information utilizing advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing, as well as using specified open source, COTS, and GOTS technologies. The engineer will also establish an application that produces manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of structured and semi-structured data. Additionally, the role involves designing strategies for enterprise database systems and setting standards for operations, programming, and security, as well as designing and constructing large relational databases, integrating new systems with existing warehouse structures, and refining system performance and functionality.

Requirements

Active Top Secret Clearance/SCI Eligibility
Six (6) years of experience in a related field
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or in lieu of a degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience
Experience with Java
Experience with AWS
Experience with ETL
Experience with Spark / Scala
Experience with SQL / PLSQL
Experience with Postgres
Experience with NiFi
Experience with Informatica
Experience with Linux
Experience with Data pipelines (development, optimization, & tuning)
Must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment
