The Business Operations, Automation & Intelligence team is critical in driving growth and success across our Creativity & Productivity and Customer Experience Orchestration businesses. We provide the systems, tools, and insights that our Sales and Post-Sales teams need to make our customers successful. The ideal candidate for this position is part analyst, part developer, and part influential leader. In this role, you will advise business leaders by providing data-centric strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. You will play a key role in developing, understanding, and accomplishing strategic goals to create capacity within the Pricing & Revenue Operations organization. Collaboration with experts across finance, engineering, data science, programming, and UI/UX will be essential to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.
