Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance
  • 1-3 years of related experience with SQL
  • Power BI
  • Data modeling
  • Data integration and transformation

  • Experience working with relational databases and large datasets
  • Must be comfortable working in-person in the Washington, DC area

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines
  • Data Engineering Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Python for data processing and automation.
  • Experience optimizing database and reporting performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design data solutions, build analytical products, and improve the accessibility, quality, and usability of enterprise data.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Design and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes.
  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Support of cloud-based data platforms and analytics environments.
  • Troubleshoot data pipeline, data quality, and reporting issues.
  • Write tests, participate in code reviews.
  • Seek out information to learn about emerging methodologies and technologies.
  • Clarify problems by driving to understand the true issue.
  • Collaborate, influence, and build consensus through constructive relationships and effective listening.
  • Solve problems by incorporating data into decision making.
