Requirements

  • Must have bachelor's degree
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance
  • 1-3+ years of related experience
  • Must be comfortable working in-person as needed in the Washington, DC area

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and AI inference optimizations
  • Experience with open-source AI and web projects
  • Experience with RAG or fine-tuning models
  • Communication is essential, must be able to listen and understand the question and develop and deliver clear insights

Responsibilities

  • Support a federal program in supporting the design, implementation and enhancement of advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions that improved the organization’s ability to analyze operational, audit and investigative data.
  • Identify and implement practical AI use cases that improve analyst productivity and decision-making.
  • Develop and evaluate generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics capabilities aligned with mission needs.
  • Assist in the design of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge management, and semantic search solutions.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI capabilities.
  • Use data analytics and reporting perform data exploration, trend analysis, anomaly detection, and operational analytics.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support audit, compliance, and performance measurement activities through advanced analytics.
